In an interview with Vanidades, Paulina Rubio revealed her new album set to come out next year. This is Rubio’s first album since her 2011 Brava!
Rubio says in the interview that the interview that the new album will be a mix of genres, “from banda to pop,” then teased collaborations with DJ Snake and Selena Gomez. Rubio called the album a “true warrior”, and said that she “tried to keep a key element, that the music is danceable.”
Gomez has recently taken a break from music to treat anxiety and depression, but it is likely that the song could have been recorded before the hiatus. Rubio has been working on her latest album for two years.
If the song is in Spanish, it would be Gomez’s first Spanish collaboration.
