Gucci Mane to Commemorate Anniversary of Release From Prison with New Album ‘Drop Top Wop’

Gucci Mane is commemorating his release from prison by releasing a new album called Drop Top Wop. This Friday will mark the one-year anniversary of his release on May 26th of last year.

“May 26 last year I walked outta prison! May 26 this year I’m dropping #DropTopWOP,” he wrote on Instagram. The accompanying picture showed a handwritten tracklist for the upcoming album.

Drop Top Wop will be produced by Metro Boomin and executive produced by “Gucci Boomin.” Two of the album’s ten tracks will have guest features: “Met Gala” features Migos’ Offset, and “Both Eyes Closed” features 2 Chainz and Young Dolph.
