Camila Cabello has officially left Fifth Harmony. The news broke online and spread once the remaining four members tweeted two notes to their fans about the news. “We know you are hurt and confused,” the four wrote, “we are too. We know you want answers. And you deserve them, as you are just as much a part of this group as the four of us are.”
According to the letter signed by Ally, Dinah, Lauren, and Normani, the group was informed by Camila’s manager in November that she would no longer perform with the group after December 18th.
Camila later responded in a letter that she tweeted herself, saying that she was “shocked to read the statement the fifth harmony [sic] account posted without my knowing.” She says that the group knew of her intentions for a while and that they had many conversations about it.
