The Weeknd Adds More Dates To Starboy Tour

On Monday night (June 12) The Weeknd added more dates to begin the second phase of his Starboy: Legend of the Fall tour. After headlining next Saturday’s Firefly Festival in Dover, Delaware, The Weeknd will begin a series of European shows before returning to North America, then heading to New Zealand and Australia. The tour is scheduled to go on throughout November.

The Weeknd has spent much of this year on tour. The artist played shows in Europe back in February, with assistance from Bryson Tiller and Lil Uzi Vert. Then, he came back to the United States from more shows across many major cities and brought Rae Sremmurd, Belly, and 6Lack with him.

The Legend of the Fall tour supports The Weeknd’s 2016 Starboy album, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and had the third largest opening sales week of any album that year. Five singles have been released from the album, three of which hit the Top 20 on the Hot 100.

The Weeknd also just released a music video for his song “Secrets,” also from Starboy. Check that out here.
